About Popcorn Style
Most team meetings are bad, and everyone in them knows it.

Popcorn Style exists to make those meetings short, fair, and much more fun. It’s designed for teams and managers who want rituals that make people feel connected, not just accounted for. It’s for the lead who wants to hear from every voice, not only the loudest ones. Remote teams that want to feel like they’re in the same room love it. Who makes it
Popcorn Style is the creation of Jamie Kosoy, who has spent twenty-odd years building teams that love working together. Jamie works as an engineering manager at Stripe and has led teams of designers and engineers at Notion and Stripe. He ran Arbitrary, a creative technology studio, from 2013 to 2018.
