Magic links aren’t working
Some email addresses can cause issues with magic link delivery, particularly Gmail addresses that use a + in the address. Try logging in another way. If the issue persists, contact support at contact@popcorn.style.
The Zoom integration isn’t working
Try removing and re-adding Popcorn Style from the Zoom App Marketplace. Make sure all requested permissions are granted during installation. You can also try restarting your Zoom client. If issues persist, contact support at contact@popcorn.style.
My Popcorn Style account says it’s cancelled, but it’s not
Occasionally, Zoom and Popcorn Style accounts can become out of sync. Contact support at contact@popcorn.style and include the email address you use for both Zoom and Popcorn Style.
I can’t authorize Popcorn Style in Zoom
Ensure that you’re signed in to the correct Zoom account — the same one you used to install Popcorn Style. If you’re part of an organization, your Zoom administrator may have restricted third-party app installs. If you still can’t authorize, contact support at contact@popcorn.style.
How do I uninstall Popcorn Style for Zoom?
You can uninstall Popcorn Style from your Zoom App Marketplace settings. This will disconnect Popcorn Style from your account but does not cancel your Popcorn Style subscription. Manage your billing directly within Popcorn Style.
