What to write to us about

Support: something isn’t working in the browser, Slack or Zoom. Help with the most common problems is on the support page. We typically reply within 2–3 business days, sooner if you tell us it’s urgent or blocking your account.
Sales and enterprise: more seats than the plans offer, annual contracts, security questionnaires, custom SLAs or dedicated onboarding.
Billing: invoices, receipts, changing or cancelling a plan. You can also manage billing yourself from your account.
Privacy and data requests: to opt out, export or delete your data under our privacy policy.
Partnerships and press: integrations, co-marketing or a quote.
